The house is located between two streets, on the corner, and within the old town of Vila-seca. The project is organized on four floors: ground floor, first, second and third. The updating and reforming of the house has been carried out in several phases.

Windmill has been in charge of modifying the existing openings in the façade, reinforcing the roof of the first and second floors, demolishing the existing stairwell and building a new one, deriving a load-bearing wall on the second floor and in the execution of new bracing frames inside the building.
