Jorge has a degree in Fundamentals of Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He joined Windmill in October 2021 while he was undertaking his Master's Thesis in Structural and Construction Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. 

Whilst at Windmill he has participated in the calculation and structural definition of singular constructions and in expert reports and rehabilitation projects.
